The other day my professor asked us to write down a list of all the little joys in our lives, any little thing that brings a smile to our face or brightens our day. It could be the simplest of things, like smelling clean laundry. So I have decided to make a list of 100 little joys, which I have just started but will continue to grow as I experience little things that bring joy to my life. Let us begin!

#100.) Being able to listen to a song and identify the artist and song title

#99.) Eating grapefuit

#98.) Taking the time to curl my hair

#97.) Driving around aimlessly, no destination in mind, alone listening to music and singing outloud

#96.) Getting complimented on my clothes

#95.) Discovering a new band/artist

#94.) Sending/receiving mail

#95.) Smiling at people and them returning the gesture

#94.) A good hair day

#93.) Finishing a really good book

#92.) Laughing for 15 minutes straight for no particular reason

#91.) Cooking/baking…well trying to at least

#90.) CERAMICS - throwing on the wheel, manipulating and shaping the formless clay into something beautiful, just as the Potter shapes me every day
